I started playing and writing music during my years at Ringling, and played in several bands over that time. First was the Superimposed Willies – I only sang in that band (I was just starting to learn the basics of guitar), then RISE (played a little second guitar in this band and contributed my fair share of songs), and then eventually…

DIG MINER DIG – The band that got me through most of college… We were a humble power trio who liked to mix pop punk, odd prog-y tendencies, and a lot of sweat in the Florida heat. The first nine tracks were recorded at Paragon Studios in Sarasota, FL, the rest were recorded on my old Tascam 244  4-track in the garage of the house I lived in in college (we must have driven my neighbors absolutely nuts).
